Terms of Service

1. Service Conditions

These terms govern all digital marketing services provided by Eric Winkler Photography LLC to the client. Specific services, deliverables, and scope will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties. Any services requested outside the SOW will be subject to a separate agreement.

2. Timelines

Projected timelines are estimates. Eric Winkler Photography LLC will make every reasonable effort to adhere to these timelines but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to client feedback delays, third-party platform issues, or changes in project scope.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be invoiced according to the schedule in the SOW, typically on a monthly recurring basis. Invoices are due upon receipt. The client is directly responsible for all advertising media spend (e.g., Google Ads budget), which is paid directly to the ad platform. Our fees cover management services only.

4. Legal Disclaimers

Eric Winkler Photography LLC does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services, such as search engine rankings or conversion rates, due to the dynamic nature of the digital marketing landscape. We commit to applying industry best practices and our professional expertise to achieve the client's goals. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
